Annie Mist Thorisdottir of Reykjavik Iceland is a CrossFit athlete. She's the co-owner of Crossfit Reykjavik where she also instructs and trains. Annie is the only woman to has been crowned winner of CrossFit Games in two consecutive years. Her second place was both in 2010, and in 2014. Annie Thorisdottir, an Icelandic weightlifter who is also an avid CrossFit athlete and celebrity media personality. She was the first female to win at the CrossFit Games in 2011, as well as 2012, and twice. Winner in The Dubai Fitness Competition 2013 and the Dubai Fitness Competition in 2017, Annie is well-known. Annie was raised in Iceland's Reykjavik area with her siblings and parents. At a very early childhood, Annie was a huge sports enthusiast and loved doing exercises. Many medals were awarded to her at school events. The year 2009 saw Annie Thorisdottir took part in the CrossFit game in California. Annie Thorisdottir is 31 (by the year 2021). She is 5' 7 tall, and weighs approximately 67 kg. Annie began CrossFit in California 2009. She was able to perform well during the first few matches. Annie was ranked among the top 10 out of more than 70. However, she didn't win a title and finished the tournament in 11th place. In 2010 Annie finished 1st in European Regionals Qualifier. In the same year, under Jami's direction, she was awarded the silver medal in the CrossFit Games. After one year full of CrossFit Games, Annie won her first CrossFit Games. Her dominant accomplishment brought her the honor of being named. In 2012, Annie was again the winner of in the CrossFit Games because of her exceptional performance and became the first woman who won twice in CrossFit Games consecutively. She also took home a gold. And in 2021, she won a bronze. Annie trains and coaches with her team at Crossfit Reykjavik that she started. In the last few years, as an athlete Annie has appeared as a spokesperson of various sports brands including Reebok Rogue Fitness Transparent Labs Renaissance Periodization Nuun Hydration Sidekick Yerbae, among others. Some 2,000 people have subscribed to her own Youtube channel where videos of training along with travel vlogs, family and training videos are uploaded.
