Melina Kanakaredes

Melina Kanakaredes (born May 25, 1970) is an American actress best famous for her portrayal of the role of detective Stella Bonasera on CBS's police procedural drama CSI: NY, Dr. Sydney Hansen and Lane Hunter as well on NBC's Providence drama and The Resident's medical drama The Resident. Her role was praised by critics for her role as Eleni Anderson Cooper. This was her debut television appearance on CBS' soap opera Guiding Light. She was also a part of 15 Minutes Percy Jackson and The Olympians, The Lightning Thief and Snitch. The Wheel of Life is an autobiography written by Elisabeth Kubler Ross. Vlas Parlapanides, who also wrote Immortals who is said to be working with her on the movie adaptation. She is also filming for the upcoming show Gods & Heroes.
